This offer entitles any potential client to a FREE single consultation (up to 2 hours duration) either in person at the client's work address or by telephone at a mutually convenient time. Potential clients are under no obligation to proceed further with this promotion folllowing this consultation. Whilst ongoing standard communication between a confirmed client and Spot Reels in order to complete the video is expected and included as part of the offer price, requests for further consultations are accepted at the discretion of Spot Reels and may be chargeable to the client.

One script outline will be provided for the client following the client consultation. This will need to be approved by the client and a deposit paid (see below) before any shooting commences. A more detailed shooting script will be delivered after deposit receipt to which a single set of negotiated revisions may be made before filming commences.

Videos that form part of this promotion are offered on a first come, first served basis. A video can only be secured as part of this offer when a potential client has approved an outline script, accepted the Promotion Terms and Conditions as listed here, our Business Terms and Conditions and paid a deposit of £250 to Spot Reels.

This promotion allows for one half day's filming by Spot Reels personnel at the client's chosen location between the hours of 9am and 5pm, (unless agreed otherwise), on a date formally agreed in writing by client and Spot Reels. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure suitable and safe filming access and provision of appropriate personnel who will be involved as part of the filming. The late cancellation, (less than 5 days notice), or postponement of filming will trigger an additional charge by Spot Reels commensurate with the level of disruption and delay caused (see Cancellation below).

The client is responsible for ensuring that the consent of their staff or other client-invited parties being filmed as part of a Spot Reels video has been received prior to the commencement of filming. Spot Reels reserves the right to postpone filming until the appropriate permissions are in place and will charge a fee of £100 for the late cancellation, (less than 5 days notice), of a scheduled shoot on these grounds. Spot Reels shall be under no liability for actions taken by any party appearing in a client’s Spot Reels video from whom consent was not asked for and received by a client prior to the commencement of filming or who attempts to withdraw consent following the completion of filming.

A client may terminate the contract at any time by written notice of termination. Should you wish to cancel you will be liable for the work that has already taken place unless another agreement has been reached in advance. Please note, however, that Spot Reels will charge a fee of £100 for the late cancellation, (less than 5 days notice), of a scheduled shoot. Any monies, (excluding the advance fee), held on account and unused will be returned.

Whilst this promotion is currently due to expire on 29th February 2012, Spot Reels reserves the right to extend the offer at any time. Unless agreed otherwise, all filming in relation to this promotion must be completed by March 31st 2012.

Following filming, Spot Reels will provide the client with an initial edited version of their video. The client may provide a maximum of TWO further sets of edit revisions. Requests for re-edits beyond these two sets will incure a charge of £50 per hour of additional editing.

This offers includes provision of hosting of your video for an initial 12 months with an allowance of a generous 500 plays per calendar month. For monthly play counts that exceed this limit, there will be an additional monthly charge of £0.05 per additional video play for which clients will be billed quarterly. After 12 months, Spot Reels may offer to continue to host your video for an annual fee (currently £99 for a maximum of 500 video plays per month). Alternatively, clients can opt out of our hosting scheme and make their own hosting arrangements: for a fee of £50, Spot Reels will provide clients with the necessary files in order for them to do this.
