Brain Research Trust - 45 Second ipad deployment video

Established in 1971, Brain Research Trust is an umbrella charity for research into conditions of the brain and the nervous system. To date it has funded some £40m worth of important research carried out by the UCL Institute of Neurology which is based in central London. This work has helped the scientific research community move closer to understanding how to cure conditions such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Epilepsy, Brain Tumours and Motor Neurone Disease to name but a few.

We were thrilled to get involved with the charity and help produce a video that was to play an important role in their 2013 fundraising campaign. The video seen here was designed to play to potential donors on ipads with a view to ensuring their long-term retention. The challenge was tricky: tell the story of someone who had benefited from research funded by the charity in just 45 seconds. No voiceover allowed. And it needs to pack an emotional punch. Judging by the results of the campaign, we think we got it right.

We're looking forward to creating other useful video content for the charity in 2014.
